Shipping Policy

1. Order processing and delivery time

Standard order processing: 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Shipping notification: After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the logistics tracking number.

Delay: During the peak promotion period or customized products, it may be extended by an additional 1-2 working days.


2. Shipping time

Standard logistics:20-40 working days, throughout the EU.

Note: The actual time may fluctuate slightly due to customs inspections, holidays or logistics delays.


3. Important Notes

Address accuracy: If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, a shipping fee will be charged for the second shipment.

Customs clearance: Orders shipped from non-EU warehouses may require the provision of customs clearance documents.

Logistics tracking: Enter the tracking number through the [DHL/UPS official website] for real-time query.


4. Package loss/damage handling Inquiry time limit: If the logistics status has not been updated for more than 30 days, you can apply for an investigation. Compensation process: Provide the waybill number and product photos, and a full refund or resend will be made after verification.
